I just finished reading a book from Eckhart Tolle called “The Power of Now: A Guide to Spiritual Enlightenment.” Still improving to find things that make me happy.

Observing the mind

A mind is a crucial tool to achieve everything in life. Many of us use it repetitively and do not improve it. Working on it, daily, helps to grow.

The past has no power over the present

Most of the painful moments we self create can be left out if we live in the power of now. I do find this very useful if you mess up something in the past, and it follows you to this day. Just focus on the things you can do right now, and it solves everything!

What will your next thought be?

After finishing the book, I got a clear mind that everyone should work on their permanent alertness state. Observing your body, your mindset, your goals in the present is the critical improvement for life.
